Ms. Ju started her VC career in 1999 when she joined VTDF, Co-founded VTDF China I in 2000 and founded TDF Capital II in 2005.

Tina brings a combined 20+ years experiences in venture capital, investment banking and operation. Tina's focus areas of investment include TMT, consumer services and greentech. She currently serves as director on the boards of DHgate, Velo, Datuu, Yicha, Asia Forestry and CreditEase, etc. Since 2000, she has been involved in 30+ investments, including:

• Alibaba (HKG: 1688)
• Focus Media (NASDAQ: FMCN)
• Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU)
• Hurray (NASDAQ: HRAY)
• Cgen, sold to Focus Media
• UAA, sold to Legend Holding

Prior to venture capital, Tina served as the CFO/COO for PrivyLink, a portfolio company of TDF. She spent 11 years in investment banking at Deutsche Bank (Head of TMT and Transport Asia), Merrill Lynch (Head of Asia Technology and Corporate Finance Execution Team), JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.

Tina has been awarded Top Ten Active Venture Capitalist by Zero2IPO in 2005, China Best Venture Capitalists by Forbes China each year during 2006 - 2010, and the Best VC Investor by National Business Daily in 2010.

Tina is the Founding Chairperson of WIL (Women In Leadership), the premier organization for women entrepreneurs & VC investors in China. She is also the governor of Shanghai Venture Capital Association and CVCA.

Tina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
